Jaywalking is not allowed in Singapore; fines will be imposed if caught. Eating and drinking on public transport is not allowed. Singapore's climate is tropical and humid; carry light, comfortable clothes. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. While credit cards are widely accepted, carry some cash for small purchases. Dress modestly (shoulders and knees covered) when visiting religious sites. In cases of force majeure events, If any traveller decides to leave the trip in the middle, all expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller.
